1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to bdg44.org. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between bdg44 and all its users. By registering on or using the bdg44 platform in any way, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Registration & Account

When creating an account on bdg44, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If an account is opened using incorrect or false details, bdg44 reserves the right to close that account at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Each person may only open one account. If an individual operates multiple accounts, or more than one account is opened from the same household, those accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

• Your correct full name, address, and mobile number must be provided at registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Support immediately.
• A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested for identity verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on bdg44 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and a maximum limit per transaction applies. These limits are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Processing typically takes between 5 and 30 minutes, though identity verification or unusual transactions may take longer.

• At least one successful deposit is required before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim a bonus will result in account closure.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on bdg44 are operated through certified game providers, and outcomes are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game result is completely fair and not predetermined.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and the stake refunded. However, bdg44 is not liable for errors caused by your device or internet connection.

• The use of bots or automated betting software within any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any complaints regarding game results must be submitted to support within 72 hours.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
